A Different Approach To Addiction Recovery
As a Christ-centered, Biblically based, and clinically supported treatment and recovery ministry, our approach is different from other traditional recovery models.
Real Change That Lasts
Our goal is to develop a treatment and recovery center that restores those struggling with addiction to a meaningful life where they will flourish as contributing members of a family, church, workplace, and community.

Substance abuse is a problem that destroys families and weakens our communities. Northeast Ohio continues to experience record numbers of overdose deaths due to opioid use.
Transformed thinking based on the truth of God’s Word drives new behavior. Sustained abstinence and long-term recovery are difficult. Our ministry has a clear vision and strategy geared toward achieving lifelong sobriety and lasting transformation.
To provide compassionate, individualized care and life-changing truth which empowers men struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction to restore their relationship with God and live the life He always intended.

Our Building Progress
We have been blessed to assemble a talented and committed team of strategic advisors, construction partners, and team members who are assisting in guiding our path forward. We are currently building our 12-month treatment and recovery facility at our site in Lakemore, Ohio and plan to open our doors in January 2021.
Our next steps are to:
- Finish exterior finishes, including stone accent walls
- Begin interior work, including drywall, painting, and flooring
- Continue developing collaborative partnerships with churches, organizations, communities, and local businesses to support the recovery efforts of the men in the program
- Develop and provide resources for local churches to assist those struggling with addiction and the families in need of support
As a Christ-centered, Biblically based, and clinically supported model for addiction recovery, we are creating an innovative solution for the current opioid- and substance-abuse crisis. With guidance and support from a network of strategic advisors, Restore Addiction Recovery’s treatment model is positioned to make a lasting impact in Summit County and Northeast Ohio, as we help change the trajectory of this tragic story.
There are several ways to partner with Restore Addiction Recovery and become active in supporting the solution to the substance abuse crisis. Contact us to discuss opportunities for construction needs, ongoing fundraising, training, education, and outreach in your specific community.
Our goal is to raise the final $600,000 towards our $3.3M building fund in order to complete and open our facility debt-free. We continue to be blessed by the many contributions of individuals, organizations, churches, and cost reductions from our construction partners in order to help us reach this goal.
