Founder and President
Dan is a business leader with global experience in consumer products, power tools, and the coatings industry. He has experienced success in creating growth through portfolio management, brand development, new product introductions, market expansion, and creating high performance organizations with world-class companies such as Stanley Black & Decker, TTI Floorcare, and Sherwin-Williams. His passion is to see organizations and people fluorish.
Dan graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University and completed his MBA from Ashland University.
Dan serves as President and Trustee of Restore Addiction Recovery, working with the other trustees and strategic advisors to help shape and direct the mission and vision of the organization.

Ron has served as an executive with many large corporations, principally in the grocery store industry. Most recently he served for 10 years as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Buehler Food Markets, Inc., where he was responsible for all financial aspects of this highly respected, privately held 13-store grocery stor echain. He has served as Senior Vice-President of Giant Eagle, Inc., Senior Vice-President and CFO of Riser Foods, Inc., and COO of Harry London Candies, Inc.
Ron holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Akron and is a recipient of the Frank L. Simonetti Distinguished Business Alumni Award.
Ron serves as both the treasurer and trustee of Restore Addiction Recovery.
Chuck Fuenning

Chuck is a physician, board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine. He has been in private practice in the greater Akron community since 1986. He is the Chief Medical Officer of Western Reserve Hospital, and has sat on many hospital and community boards in the past.
Chuck attended Medical School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, completing his residency in Ohio and fellowships at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.
Chuck serves as both the secretary and trustee of Restore Addiction Recovery.
Dave Tiley

Dave Tiley joined Align Capital Partners in 2020, where he is the Senior Operating Partner. He is responsible for building the operating team to work with the portfolio companies on growth initiatives and operational priorities.
Dave started his career with Hewlett-Packard in California, working in sales and sales management after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following that, he founded three start-up companies in Silicon Valley. He then served as Senior Vice President of Global Services at Celestica, Inc., a Canadian electronics manufacturing services company. It was during this time that Dave and his family relocated to Northeast Ohio, and he ultimately joined The Riverside Company, where he was a Senior Operating Partner.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and three adult kids. In addition to Restore, he has been active locally, nationally and internationally with the Young Life ministry for many years, and has been a high school football coach on and off for 10+ years. He is also an Elder at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, Ohio.

Adam Rissmiller is CEO of MOZAY, a digital marketing agency and venture development firm located in Akron, OH. Adam is an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for moving ideas to market and accelerating potential - with experience in business development across several markets including non-profit, manufacturing, e-commerce, consumer goods, and healthcare. Adam graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in Finance. He has been married to Beth Rissmiller since 2006 and has three amazing children.

Dr. Jeff Bogue is a graduate of Grace College and Seminary. He is the senior pastor of Grace Church of Greater Akron, a thriving multi-campus, multi-site congregation of 8 campuses, with over 12,000 people calling Grace their home. Grace Church is not your typical megachurch. It is a church-planting network, active in their evangelical mission of "30 in 30": planting 30 campuses in 30 years. Jeff leads an excellent team to raise up pastors and leaders to staff future campuses. He counts it a privilege to work alongside this staff as well as Grace College in the development of these young leaders.
Since 1993, Jeff has served at Grace Church with his wife, Heidi. Starting his ministry at the original campus, he launched the first campus of its kind in 2000. Jeff is motivated by his deep passion for the unity of the local church and strong conviction of how Christ continues to work through His church to build His kingdom. His proudest titles are that of husband and father to 6 children. He loves working alongside his family to tangibly express God's love in ways that make Jesus make sense. Dr. Bogue is the author of the books: 5 Assumptions About God and Why They Are Wrong, ReSet: Why Discipleship Isn't About Trying Harder, Living Naked: How an Ordinary Person Can Live an Extraordinary Life, and the One Step Discipleship Journals.

For over 42 years, Norm served in variosu finance roles in the banking industry. The last 37 of these years were spent with Huntington National Bank and their acquired financial institutions. Norm was CFO of Mahoning Bank in Youngstown, Ohio prior to its acquisition by Sky Bank in 1999. He was Wealth Management CFO for Sky Trust and Regional CFO for Sky Bank prior to its acquisition by Huntington in 2007. He served as CFO for various regional and subsegment Huntington National Bank divisions, retiring in 2018 as Segment CFO for Retail and Business Banking. He is also a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting and a graduate of Wisconsin School of Banking Controllership program.
When not volunteering for Restore, Norm participates in the Finance Ministry and business Advisory Group at Christ Community Chapel in Hudson, Ohio. He enjoys spending time with this wife, dog, and two adult children, in addition to following Cleveland sports teams and Ohio State football.

Highly regarded in the healthcare industry nationally, Thomas J. Strauss is president & CEO of the Sisters of Charity Health System. Headquartered in Cleveland, the health system includes two Catholic hospitals, two elder care facilities, three grantmaking foundations, and five outreach organizations in Ohio and South Carolina.
Tom joined the Sisters of Charity Health System in January 2017 from CEO Advisory Network, where he was the managing member and co-founder. Consisting of five highly accomplished healthcare leaders who provide consulting services locally and nationally, CEO Advisory Network is affiliated with DHG Healthcare, which was ranked by Modern Healthcare as one of the top ten private consulting firms nationally.
Tom is the former president & CEO of Summa Health System. During his 15 year tenure and under his leadership, Summa grew into a leading integrated healthcare system generating a $2.86 billion economic impact, making it the largest employer in all five counties it serves. Tom’s strategic vision enabled Summa to grow through new ventures, service lines and acquisitions. A builder of winning, engaged teams with his servant leader management style, his vision extended beyond Summa and into the community where he was a member and chaired many boards. He also developed Centers for Health Equity at New Seasons to provide care to the underserved population.
Prior to Summa Health System, Tom spent ten years in leadership roles at Meridia Cleveland Clinic, where he successfully established new ventures, turned around programs and services, and increased market share. In addition, he worked at Baxter Healthcare and was a trendsetter in home therapy.
Tom received his Doctor of Pharmacy and his Bachelor of Science both from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Tom has dedicated his time as board chair at the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce, and as a board member at Premier, Austen BioInnovation Institute, United Way of Summit County, TeamNEO, BioEnterprise and Akron Tomorrow. He is the recipient of the Outstanding Fundraiser Award, Community Service Award, Northeast Ohio Business Hall of Fame and was named Nonprofit Executive of the Year in the 2008 Medical Mutual Pillar Awards for Community Service.

Keith is the President and CEO of CommQuest Services, Inc., which provides a full spectrum of services to Stark and surrounding counties including adoption, mental health, substance abuse, and social services. He oversees the direction of the organization, including its over 460 team members and $22 million dollar budget. With more than 18 years of experience, Keith has held positions as a Clinical Supervisor, Counselor, and other roles that prepared him for his current leadership position. Keith’s areas of practice focus on program development, counselor supervision, psychopharmacology, medication assisted treatment and recovery, and family systems. He also provided vision and development for the Regional Center for Opiate Recovery in Massillon, Ohio, which provides same day help for those in need of ambulatory detox, residential and outpatient treatment, and Medication Assisted Recovery services.
Keith graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Pharmacy before continuing his education and earning a Master’s degree in Community Counseling at Malone University.

Steve is the Director of Clinical Services at EMERGE Counseling Services in Akron, Ohio, and has also served there as a Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Director of Education throughout the past 13 years. In the past, Steve has served in churches as a Youth Pastor, Worship Leader, and Associate Pastor, and also served as a Volunteer Chaplain in a Juvenile Detention Facility and as the Director of Development for his Bible college Alma Mater in Rhode Island.
Steve’s passion for seeing people set free from life-controlling issues – a passion that was developed through personal experiences with family members – led him to pursue his career transition. His other passion is seeing marriages healed and transformed, and he and his wife have been traveling across the US speaking at marriage retreats and seminars for the past 6 years.
Steve graduated from Ashland University with a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling. He has been an adjunct professor in Ashland University’s counseling program since 2006.

Pastor Greg is the Founder and Recovery Coach for The Jeremiah Tree, a ministry that offers opportunities and recovery housing to the homeless, addicted, and impoverished. He currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator for Woodhaven in Dayton, Ohio, as a faith-focused collaborator and partner for Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s Heroin Unit as well as Ohio Governor Kasich’s Office of faith-based initiatives team. Greg also serves on the boards of Safe Harbor House, Women’s Recovery Center and The Addicts Parents United Program and is a faith community representative for multiple drug-prevention and recovery programs for both Greene and Montgomery counties in Ohio. Recently Greg has been tapped to work on faith-based initiatives in conjunction with the community liaisons for Attorney General Morrisey in West Virginia and the Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships/IEA/OS of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Greg is also the author of a weekday blog called “Opportunities for Hope”, as well as the host of a weekly Lancaster, Ohio radio show by the same name. Recently, Greg served as the Chief Collaboration Officer for the Refuge in Columbus, OH where he was instrumental in the launch and the ongoing development of the Champions Network.
Greg is a graduate of Wright State University with a degree in Marketing.

After 22 years of senior leadership roles at The Sherwin-Williams Company, Tim Knight is now the President of his own consulting firm and a Senior Advisor to Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity fund. At Sherwin-Williams, he was President & General Manager of a division and two different Groups of the company, and he also led the company’s Strategy and M&A as Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning & Development. Today, he uses the global, M&A, growth, and leadership experience that he gained to advise privately-owned companies and private equity on issues related to these and other topics. Finally, Tim serves on the Board of MTD Products, Inc., Chromaflo Technologies, and Keyland Polymer Material Sciences.
Tim received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his BA and MA in Engineering Science and Economics from Oxford University in England. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1986 to 1992 with service in Europe, Korea, and the 1991 Persian Gulf War. After his military service, he held marketing roles at Procter & Gamble and Rubbermaid before joining Sherwin-Williams. Tim attends The Chapel and leads the outdoor adventure program at the church’s Camp Carl, and he serves on the Finance Committee of The Well in Akron.

Dean is the President of Kohmann Bosshard. He has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, including 5 years as a CPA mostly at Ernst & Young, LLP; 14 years at Schwab Retirement Plan Services, and 4 years at ValMark Financial Group before joining Otto Bosshard and founding Kohmann Bosshard. He earned his Accounting degree from Case Western Reserve University. He has been married to Diana Kohmann since 1994 and has three wonderful daughters.

State Representative Kristina Roegner is serving her fourth term in the Ohio House of Representatives. She represents the 37th Ohio House District, which includes portions of northeastern Summit County.
Prior to her time in public office, Representative Roegner worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving global clients on performance and strategic issues. She also was a field engineer and project manager for Westinghouse Power Generation Service Division, where she was responsible for leading teams to overhaul large turbines and generators at power plants across the country.
Graduating cum laude in 1990, Representative Roegner has a Bachelor’s of Science in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and her Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Representative Roegner served as an elected member of Hudson City Council from 2005-2010. As part of the Budget Reduction Ad-hoc committee, she helped to lead Hudson City Council in 2006 to reduce the budgeted city spending and size of government. She was also a member of the Board of Directors at Seton Catholic School, Hudson Community First and Leadership Hudson class of 2007.
Representative Roegner and her husband, Eric, have three daughters and live in Hudson.

Dr. E. Dale Berkey currently serves as Founder and President of BBS & Associates, a development and marketing agency which serves more than 30 Christian ministries and educational institutions. He is also the co-author of several ministry development books and is frequently asked to speak at various ministry development seminars across the country.
BBS & Associates has tried to keep a “servant’s heart” perspective, standing alongside ministry leaders, serving as friends and fellow-laborers in Christ.
Along with Doug Brendel, he is the co-author of Seven Deadly Diseases of Ministry Marketing and The Disappearing Donor. Recently released was More than Money, which is co-authored with Jerry Wear.
Dr. Berkey is an ordained minister who received undergraduate training and his Masters in Theology at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He received his Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Toledo.
Dr. Berkey and his wife, Debby, reside in Akron, Ohio. Their son, Blake, is an attorney in Chicago.

Tom is the Founder of The Refuge, a faith-based alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility that has helped over 3500 men enter into their new, addiction-free lives as better citizens, sons, husbands, and fathers. Within The Refuge organization, Tom created HIS Marketplace Staffing, a company that offers men in the program a means of occupational training as well as a stream of funding for The Refuge Operations.
Tom is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker as well as a certified trainer with the FSH Group, with a focus on Transformational Leadership training. Tom also founded Good News Ventures, Inc., owning eleven Subway Restaurant franchises throughout Ohio, which his wife Johna operates. Tom is passionate about leadership development, serving the local church, and addressing addiction treatment in a community and discipleship-focused format.
Tom graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration.
