No. You can either:
- Come to open orientation which is held every Monday morning. No reservations required and no need to call ahead, simply show up.
- Call ahead to schedule another orientation time on Tuesday-Friday and show up at the pre-determined appointment time.

Residents are not allowed to have access to a cell phone or make any calls during the 30-Day Foundation. After the initial 30 days, phone calls can be made on a weekly basis under supervision using one of our program phones.
Yes. After the first 30 days, residents may have visitors during our monthly Family Days. Residents choose which loved ones to invite, and staff will provide the scheduled dates and information to those who are invited.
A typical day in the 30-Day Foundation includes individual counseling, group counseling and education, spiritual care, scheduled gym time, educational classes, and downtime for reflection.
A typical day in the 11-Month Transformation continues to include these elements and also begins to introduce a 20-hour work week, gradually increasing to 35-40+ hours per week.
